RE: APPOINTMENT OF JIM ROBENSTEIN AND PAUL LUNDQUIST AS MEMBERS
OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies now exist on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Robenstein and
Paul Lundquist be appointed to serve on said Board for three (3)
year terms expiring December 31, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jim Robenstein and
Paul Lundquist be, and hereby are, appointed to serve three (3)
year terms, expiring December 31, 1981, as members of the Uni-
form Building Code Board of Appeals.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
December, A.D. , 1978 .
