Mr. Flesher:
I've reviewed the two bid submittals from Auto Nation Ford Littleton and Spradley Barr Ford
of Greeley and accept the low bid (# B1 6 001 6 6) from Auto Nation Ford Littleton in the
amount of $42,865. The Town agrees to the matching amount of $7,377 to complete the
purchase. The proposal they provided appears to meet the specifications for the 20I7 Ford
F-150 CNG 1/2 Ton Crew Cab Short Box Pickup for the Platteville Police Department.
In addition, Lt. Carl Dwyer will now be the point of contact for this proposal to discuss any issues or
concerns regarding the 2017 Ford F-150. Lt. Dwyer can be reached at 970-785-2215 (0), 970-539-1054
(C) or cdwyer@plattevillegov.org. I've copied him on this correspondence as well.
