Contracted vendor Intervention Community Corrections Services (ICCS) delivers the services, and the Justice Services Department and Community Corrections Board provides overall day-to- day guidance and oversight. The Department and Accounting have updated these figures into Banner for ongoing record keeping. No further action is required of the Board. Thank you. �mcr.��tl�cq.+�or�S —i/l1/ICn 2016-2204 �� OOO5 ALLOCATION LETTER EXHIBIT B Date: 7/1/2016 Original Contract CMS #: 68076 Allocation Letter # 3 CMS Routing # 91341 TO: Board of County Commissioners of Weld County In accordance with Section 7.A of the Original Contract between the State of Colorado, Division of Criminal Justice, Community Corrections, and Board of County Commissioners of Weld County July 1, 2016 and ending on June 30, 2017, the undersigned commits the following funds to the Grant: 1. Payment for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, will be made as earned, in whole or in part, from available State funds encumbered in an amount not to exceed $2,903,305.58 to be allocated as follows : $1,428,745.05 $ 15,362.85 $ 814,231.05 $ 276,531.30 $ 55,936.25 $ 110,000.00 $ 95,064.25 $107,434.83 for Residential Diversion services for community corrections offenders, payable at a daily community rate of $42.09 per offender; and, (93 beds) for Residential Condition of Probation (IRT base beds) services for community corrections offenders, payable at a daily community corrections rate of $42.09 per offender; and, (1 bed) for Residential Transition services for community corrections offenders, payable at a daily community corrections rate of $42.09 per offender; and, (53 beds) for Residential Parole services for community corrections offenders, payable at a daily community corrections rate of $42.09 per offender; and, (18 beds) for Non -Residential Diversion services for offenders not to exceed an average of $6.13 per day per offender; and, (25 slots) for Treatment Support and, for Facility Payments to be disbursed as outlined in Statewide Facility Payments Policy for FY17 and, for Community Corrections Board Administration by the Contractor. Financial obligations of the State of Colorado payable after the current fiscal year are contingent upon funds for that purpose being appropriated, budgeted and otherwise made available. 3. Funds allocated in this Allocation Letter are for services rendered during the current contract period and cannot be used to pay for community corrections services provided in prior or future fiscal years. 4. Any unexpended funds allocated or advanced to the Contractor by the Allocation Letter shall be reverted to the State no later than August 31, 2017. This Allocation Letter does not constitute an order for services under this Grant. The effective date of hereof is upon approval of the State Controller or July 1, 2016, whichever is later.
