RESOLUTION
i RE : APPROVE DISCONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC SAFETY INFORMATION SYSTEM USER
GROUP
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County , Colorado , and
WHEREAS , by Resolution dated July 7 , 2010 , the Board of County Commissioners
approved the Public Safety Information System User Group ("the Group" ) Bylaws , and
WHEREAS , said Bylaws included having the Board appoint the County members to the
Group , and
WHEREAS , said Group was disbanded upon establishment of the Department of Public
Safety Communications , and
WHEREAS , after review , the Board deems it advisable to discontinue said Group .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County , Colorado , that Public Safety Information System User Group be , and hereby is ,
discontinued .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded , adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of March , A . D . , 2016 .

While cleaning up Weld County Advisory Boards , one has come up that needs to be
discontinued . Please have a reso made to discontinue the Public Safety Information System
User Group (CM00019) . This was disbanded right after the county tooKover the
communications department.
