Bids were received and opened on August 4, 2016 for bid B1600122 Chase Building
Cabling. Six (6) bids were received ranging from $63,383.00 to $101,321.00. Attached
is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. H&H Data
Services from Ft. Collins, CO. proposed the lowest cost solution of $63,383.00 and
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1600122 Chase
Building Cabling to H&H Data Services for a total amount of $63,383.00.
