RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ANNE WALLACE TO FAMILIES, YOUTH AND
CHILDREN COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Families, Youth and Children Commission,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anne Wallace be appointed to said Families,
Youth and Children Commission as the Clinic Nurse representative to fill the vacancy of Maurine
Moore, with a term to expire December 31, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Anne Wallace be, and hereby is, appointed to the Families, Youth and
Children Commission, with a term to expire December 31, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of September, A.D., 2016.
