Re: Access Permitting along WCR18 Godding Hollow Parkway (5846 Godding Hollow;
Michelle Wilson Property)
Dear Sir or Madam:
The aforementioned address above has an existing access point along Godding Hollow Parkway,
a town owned and maintained roadway. The town in the past has not kept records of existing
access point s along roadways which are currently out of town limits. It is the understanding of
the town' s that the current homeowner improvements will not change or adversely impact the
existing access onto Godding Hollow. As of today, the town does not take objection to any of
the existing access points to this property that is not recorded. The existing accesses
substantiated today will not require a right of way permit from the Town. While the town does
not require access permits specifically, any new accesses (this is a shared access that is existing)
to be made onto roadways owned or maintained by the town would require a right of way permit
for record.

Dear Ms. Aungst,
The St. Vrain Sanitation District(the"District") has been working with Michelle Wilson to
extend two service laterals from our main line in WCR 18 into her property. This is an
opportune time to make this improvement as the Town of Frederick is making significant
improvements to the road from WCR 13 to the 1-25 Frontage road. Ms. Wilson has procured a
contractor to perform the work to our standards.
Each house on the lot will have its own service later when connected and in the event the lot is
subdivided, each new lot will have its own service lateral.
When the homes are connected, sewer tap fees will be paid and monthly service charges will
begin.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me
