The town in the past has not kept records of existing access point s along roadways which are currently out of town limits. It is the understanding of the town' s that the current homeowner improvements will not change or adversely impact the existing access onto Godding Hollow. As of today, the town does not take objection to any of the existing access points to this property that is not recorded. The existing accesses substantiated today will not require a right of way permit from the Town. While the town does not require access permits specifically, any new accesses (this is a shared access that is existing) to be made onto roadways owned or maintained by the town would require a right of way permit for record. This is an opportune time to make this improvement as the Town of Frederick is making significant improvements to the road from WCR 13 to the 1-25 Frontage road.
