SUBJECT:CVPRD Inclusion Order 3565011—Weld CO Land Company; Real Property Amendment
1. Purpose. This document includes pages that reflect amendment changes to Inclusion Order
3565011—Weld CO Land Company.
2. Background. The Carbon Valley Park and Recreation District submitted and approved a Petition for
Inclusion of Real Property,Weld CO Land Company, into the District.
3. Effective Date. The Petition for Inclusion of the Real Property, Weld CO Land Company,was
submitted to and entered into the Weld County Clerk and Recorder on July 8, 2008.
4. Explanation of Changes. On October 28, 2015,The Carbon Valley Park and Recreation District was
contacted by Weld County Clerk and Recorders Office and was informed that the Inclusion for Real
Property, Weld CO Land Company, did not have the proper Legal Notice Documentation. Weld
County Clerk and Recorders Office informed the Carbon Valley Park and Recreation District that a
new legal description of the real property,Weld CO Land Company, needs to be made and
submitted to Weld County Clerk and Recorder with a signed amendment to implement the legal
description changes.
On January 11, 2016,The Carbon Valley Park and Recreation District was contacted again by Weld
County Clerk and Recorders Office and was informed that the Amendment 2015-1 did not contain
the proper legal description of the real property, Weld CO Land Company.The Carbon Valley Park
and Recreation Districts' Board of Directors will need to include the new Amendment 2016-1 into
the Board of Directors Regular Meeting Minutes,with changes, and a signed amendment to
implement the legal description changes.
5. Filing Instructions. Make the following Legal Notice Change to CVPRD Inclusion Order 3565011—
Weld Co Land Company.
