RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Trustees for NCMC will soon
expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mark Lawley, Michael Simone, and Brian
Underwood be reappointed to said board as Trustee representatives, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Mark Lawley, Michael Simone, and
Brain Underwood to said board, all with terms to expire January 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mark Lawley, Michael Simone, and Brain Underwood be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Board of Trustees for NCMC, all with a term to expire January 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of December, A.D., 2016.
