RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable, to appoint
James Kuemmerle to said board as the District 6 representative, replacing Frederick Hepner, with
a term to expire May 23, 2018, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable, to appoint Tim
Annable to said board as the At-Large representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that James Kuemmerle and Tim Annable be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Board of Public Health with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of April, A.D., 2016.
