On June 15, 2016, PDC Energy, Inc. ("PDC") entered in to an agreement for the sale of certain
oil and gas leases in Weld County, Colorado to Noble Energy, Inc. ("Noble").
Pursuant to the terms of an oil and gas lease dated November 16, 1987 between Weld County
and Transcontinent Oil Company, recorded in Weld County at reception number 2123791, PDC
Energy, as successor to Transcontinent Oil Company, hereby requests your consent to assign
this lease to Noble Energy, Inc.
PDC respectfully requests your consent to assign this lease to Noble. Please properly execute
in the space provided below and return an executed original to PDC in the enclosed envelope
at your earliest convenience.
