The lease showing .712 acres for tract 3F is correct. However, per the plat from title (attached) and PDC's lease area exhibit (attached) this tract was surveyed at .73 and that is what was used as the TPF for calculations and the difference in .712 and .73 falls under the "more or less" language. Is there anything further you would like me to provide,or do these two documents suffice?
