RE: DECLARE FIRST FLOOR ASSEMBLY ROOM OF THE CENTENNIAL CENTER
AS PART OF THE TREASURER'S OFFICE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Section 30-11-109 , CRS 1973, states as follows :
"Time and Place of Sale. The sale
of lands upon which taxes remain
delinquent shall commence on or
before the second Monday in Decem-
ber of each year and shall be held
at the treasurer' s office in each
county. "
WHEREAS, due to a lack of space in the Treasurer's Office,
Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has requested that
the first floor assembly room of the Centennial Center be
declared to be a part of the Treasurer's Office for the purpose
of a tax sale, and
WHEREAS, said tax sale will take place on Tuesday, Novem-
ber 13, 1979, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the first floor assembly
room of the Centennial Center be, and hereby is, declared to be
a part of the Treasurer' s Office for the purpose of a tax sale
to be held on Tuesday, November 13, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

November, A.D. , 1979.
