To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to advise you that the McAdams Law Office (Tenant) is hereby exercising its
unilateral option to continue the current lease and will be accepting Option Period One (aka
Option 1)which shall extend the lease from August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2019 per the Office Lease
Agreement signed the 21St day of February, 2011.
The current lease is from May 1, 2011 to July 31, 2016. Paragraph 1.1.14 gives the Tenant the
unilateral decision whether to exercise the two option periods individually as listed on Schedule
5 of the Office Lease Agreement.
I would appreciate an acknowledgment of receipt of this letter. If you have any questions, please
