RE: RE-CONSIDERATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 45 - W.R.E.N.
BROADCASTING COMPANY FOR RADIO TRANSMISSION TOWERS .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on April 17 , 1979 , the Weld County Planning Commis-
sion heard the application of W.R.E.N. Broadcasting Company for
Conditional Use Permit #45 for radio transmission towers , and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, some misinformation was given to
the opponents to said application that notice would be given to
said opponents as to when the matter would be heard before the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the opponents to said application for a Conditional
Use Permit were not given notice of the hearing before the Board
of County Commissioners (said notice not being required by the
Weld County Zoning Resolution) and therefore, were not present
at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, due to the misinformation given to the opponents
to said application, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
advisable to re-consider the application of W.R.E.N. Broadcasting
Company for Conditional Use Permit No. 45 for radio transmission
towers and further to notify the opponents of the hearing before
the Board of County Commissioners .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the application of
W.R.E.N. Broadcasting Company for Conditional Use Permit No. 45
for radio transmission towers shall be re-considered and further
that the opponents to said application shall be notified of
said hearing before the Board of County Commissioners.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
May, A.D. , 1979 .
