The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Global
Technology Resources Inc. (GTRI) from Denver CO proposed the lowest cost solution
of$243,865.50 and meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1600075, Cisco
Equipment to Global Technology Resources Inc. (GTRI) for a total amount of
$243,865.50.
