Here are the answers to the questions that you have requested for the drainage narrative.
Please let me know if you need anything else from me. Thanks!
1. Which exception is being applied for and include supporting documentation.
- Proposed Dwelling is less than 2,000 Square Feet
2. Where the water originates if it flows onto the property from an offsite source
- There is no water flow from an outside source other than rain water.
3. Where it flows to as it leaves the property
- There is no water flow from an outside source, however, if there were, it would flow toward the Southeast
corner of my property.
4. The direction of flow across the property
- Southeast slope
5. If there have been previous drainage problems with the property
- There have been no drainage problems on my property since I moved here in 2004
