RE: Consent to Assign Oil & Gas Lease
Weld County, Colorado
To Whom It May Concern:
Aztec Exploration, LLC (Aztec) will execute an Assignment of Oil & Gas Leases whereby they have
agreed to sell and assign one hundred percent (100%) of its right, title, and interest in and to the Oil &
Gas Lease recorded at Reception No. 4213800 to Incline Niobrara Partners, LP, whose address is 5019
N. Central Expressway, Ste. B, Dallas, TX 75205.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit Aztec to convey its
interest. Aztec respectfully requests your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and Gas Lease
covering the following lands:
Township 6 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M.
Section 27: Lots 7, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28, Block 3, Town of Gill.
Section 27: Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block 4, Town of Gill.
Section 27: Lot 10, Block 5, Town of Gill
Section 27: Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22, and the North 60 feet of Lots 15, 16, and 17, Block 7,
Town of Gill
Section 27: Lots 21 and 22, Block 8, Town of Gill
Section 27: Lots 1 and 2, Block 12, Town of Gill
Section 27: Lots 4 and 10, Block 13, Town of Gill
Section 27: Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 19, 20, 23, and 24, Block 14, Town of Gill
