Davis — Managing Partner: Mike has nearly thirty years of proven success in both the midstream natural gas and upstream production industries He was a co-founder of Wildcat Midstream Partners, with multiple assets including a North Louisiana cryogenic processing plant and pipeline business as well as a West Texas crude pipeline company. Prior to establishing Wildcat, his entrepreneurial ventures included Wildcat Sabine Pipeline. a Haynesville/Bossier Shale natural gas pipeline company, Charis Partners, an East Texas/North Louisiana produced water pipeline company, Nexus Gas Partners, a North Louisiana natural gas pipeline company. and Cardinal Gas Solutions, a gas processing and treating plant rental firm. Before starting these companies. he held business development and operations positions with Regency Energy Partners. Rojo Pipeline Company, and Concorde Exploration. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Steven E. Meisel - Managing Partner: Steven has nearly a decade of experience in the energy industry. Prior to co-founding Discovery, Steven was the Vice President of Business Development at Wildcat Midstream Partners. Before joining Wildcat, Steven was responsible for managing Regency Energy Partners' expansive gathering, processing, treating. and intrastate transmission infrastructure in North Louisiana. Steven also worked on the execution of corporate finance transactions and corporate development transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises and project development transactions for Regency as Manager of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. Steven was formerly with the Investment Banking Group at Southwest Securities. Inc., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory across multiple industries. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kansas. Andrew R. Chambers — Managinq Partner: Drew has spent over ten years in energy -related corporate finance and development, focused on acquiring, financing and managing energy investments. Prior to co-founding Discovery. Drew served as Director of Finance and Business Development at Wildcat Midstream Partners. Previously he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital in New York where he specialized in Power & Utilities M&A and corporate finance transactions. Drew also held managerial positions in Corporate Strategic Planning and M&A at Energy Future Holdings (formerly TXU Corp.). He oversaw strategic planning. executed corporate M&A and financing transactions, and managed the consolidated financial planning and analysis process for EFH s multi -billion dollar portfolio of energy and utilities businesses. He began his career with Deloitte in the Consulting Services group. Drew holds Bachelor's degrees Management Science and Mathematics from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Cory G. Jordan - Chief Operating Officer: Cory has over fifteen years of experience in engineering. project management, construction. and operations. Prior to joining Discovery Midstream Partners. Cory served as VP of Engineering and Operations with Wildcat Midstream Partners. At Wildcat, he designed and operated a 140 MMcfd cryogenic processing facility. gathering compression, gas gathering pipeline system, and NGL product line in North Louisiana. Prior to joining Wildcat. Cory worked for Energy Transfer Partners where he managed pipeline projects from 6" to 42" in diameter and compressor stations in excess of 30.000 hp Cory also managed operations, constructed, and designed the ETP assets in the Haynesville play, in addition to working on acquisitions and their subsequent integrations. These assets included over 2,000 miles of pipe, compression, treating, and dehydration projects. Prior to ETP, Cory held various engineering and operations positions with Formosa Plastics Corp, El Paso Field Services, and Valero, LP. Cory holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University. 2 BACKGROUND Et MANAGEMENT TEAM TRACK RECORD DISCOVERY MIDSTREAM PARTNERS The proposed project will be the first project executed by Discovery DJ Services LLC, a subsidiary of Discovery Midstream Partners, LLC. Discovery Midstream Partners LLC and Discovery DJ Services LLC ("Discovery") and its management team are owners in Wildcat Midstream Partners LLC and its affiliates ("Wildcat"). In 2012, the Discovery management team founded, engineered, developed, and has operated the Wildcat midstream assets without a recordable incident, as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA"), death or injury or explosion, leak, spill or other inadvertent release as defined by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration ("PHMSA"). These assets include facilities and associated infrastructure comparable to that proposed under this USR application, and include a 140 MMscfd cryogenic facility in Desoto Parish Louisiana along with approximately 100 miles of gas gathering and NGL pipelines, approximately 20,000 horsepower of compression, 400 GPM of amine treating facilities, and multiple residue and natural gas liquid downstream interconnects.
