Deer Mr. Billings:
I have now resigned my position with the Lott Agency and am in the pro-
cess of establishing my own agency here in the city of Greeley. As Mrs.
Kelly will be able to confirm to you, I was the servicing agent on the
county insurance account with the Travelers even before joining the Lott
Agency. In fact, I am the only agent who has given it regular attention
in several years.
This type of account requires an agents total familiarization in order for
it to be properly serviced. I feel it will be in the best interest of the
county employees currently insured under the plan and also those who are
yet to be insured for me to be designated by you as the servicing agent.
In order to accomplish the transfer of servicing you will need to write
a letter to the Travelers indicating that this is what you wish. Please
note that I am not asking for a letter of record. All that is needed is
an indication from you that the company has your go--a—head to assign me
as servicing agent.
