RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND REASSIGNMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lori Hughes be reappointed and reassigned
to said board as a member, to replace Ginger Geissinger; that Rebecca Wyperd be reappointed
and reassigned as a member, to replace Kelly Slade; that Tyler Fittz be reappointed as a member,
and that Darlene Deichart be reappointed as an alternate, all with terms to expire
November 1, 2017, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Margie Gomez be reappointed and
reassigned as a member to replace Kirsta Britton; that Anthea Carrasco be reappointed as a
member; that Kyle Ragland be reappointed as a member, and that Jason Nava be reappointed
as an alternate, all with terms to expire November 1, 2018, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joe Murphy be reappointed and reassigned
as a member to replace Kimberly Kinne, with a term to expire November 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lori Hughes, Rebecca Wyperd, Margie Gomez, and Joe Murphy, be, and
hereby are, reappointed and reassigned; and that Tyler Fittz, Darlene Deichart, Anthea Carrasco,
Kyle Ragland, and Jason Nava be reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with
terms to expire as stated above.
