A public hearing was conducted on February 17, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 14, 2016, and duly published
January 19, 2016, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Weld LV, LLC, c/o Gerrard Investments, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit, USR15-0075, for a Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use,
or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (construction business
with an office, maintenance shop, warehouse, outdoor wash bay, fueling station and outdoor
storage) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this
a matter of record.
IN Chris Gathman, on behalf of Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, explained the
need for the continuance as the case was unable to be presented to Planning Commission on
February 2, 2016, because of County closure due to inclement weather.This application has been
rescheduled to be heard at Planning Commission on February 23, 2016; therefore, staff is
requesting the case be continued to March 9, 2016 to allow the applicant to present to Planning
Commission.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
El Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Weld LV, LLC, do Gerrard
Investments, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR15-0075, for a Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review
in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (construction business with an office, maintenance

shop, warehouse, outdoor wash bay, fueling station and outdoor storage) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District to March 9, 2016, to allow the applicant to present at Planning Commission. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Cozad, and it carried unanimously. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:39 a.m.
This Certification was approved on the 22nd day of February, 2016.
