RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT, REAPPOINTMENT AND REASSIGNMENTS TO BOARD
OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Nicholas Berryman be appointed as the
At -Large representative to replace Jon Schwartzbauer, to said board, with a term to expire May
23, 2019, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jon Schwartzbauer be reassigned to said
board as the District 3 representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2018, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Rohn be reappointed to said board, with
a term to expire May 23, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nicholas Berryman, Jon Schwartzbauer, and Jim Rohn be, and hereby
are, appointed, reappointed and reassigned to the Board of Public Health, with terms to expire as
stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of July, A.D., 2016.
