RE : DESIGNATION OF WELD COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO MANAGE
THE WELD COUNTY RURAL ADDRESSING SYSTEM SUBSEQUENT TO
MAY 1 , 1977.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, are vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, deem it necessary to designate a Department of County
Government to manage the Rural Addressing System subsequent to
May 1 , 1977 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable to designate the Department of Plan-
ning Services to manage the Weld County Rural Addressing System
subsequent to May 1, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Department of
Planning Services be and hereby is designated as the department
to manage the Weld County Rural Addressing System subsequent to
May 1, 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
March, A. D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 16th day of March, A.D. , 1977 .
