Subject: Centennial Center Sidewalk Concrete; Bid #61600129
As advertised, this bid is for replacing the sidewalk concrete at the entire Centennial Center Complex
located at 915 10th Street, Greeley. The only bid received was from Growling Bear in the amount of
$970,403.00.
After the bid opening, it was revealed there were some design and structural limitations not identified.
These findings change the project scope significantly. Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending
the bid be rejected and a new bid will be pursued with the updated information.
