The meeting was held in the Windsor High School, with Mr. Norman Brown in
charge of arrangements. There were 15 people in the audience.

Questions and Comments from the audience:
Glenn Anderson -- Windsor ---
Did you consider five commissioner districts?
Will a boundary change in the commissioner districts disqualify a Commissioner
from serving the remainder of his term?
Three years not enough time on the hospital board.
Harry Ashley -- Windsor ---
The county cannot operate the road crews with the 57. increase.
Three commissioners are enough.
With the Chairman of the Board over Finance, Purchasing and Personnel, you are
building an empire because he is controlling the money.
Each Commissioner should look out for his own people.
Barton Buss -- Greeley ---
Didn't agree that all elected officials should have been left elected.
Need more qualifications for elected officials.
attorney -- don't have offices space for staff.
We already have a full timePa
Should have an experienced county attorney, similar to what we have now.
Don't need 9 member boards -- Airport board has a hard time getting a quorum.
Only need three Commissioners -- 5 Commissioners represent mistrust.
Performance auditor would be county snooper.

government?
What are the qualifications for other elected officials?
Can you challenge a decision made by the County Commissioners?

Are there any residency requirements?

Recommend tenure be changed from 5 to 3 years on the hospital board.
Adolph Winter -- Windsor ---
Supported 5% increase.
Recommended 5 commissioners over 3.
Favored the change for County Attorney.
County road fund money should be reapportioned.
Marge Kadlub -- Windsor ---
didn't agree with two terms on Commissioners.
