RE: APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT, KEN-WIL ACRES.
WHEREAS, on July 28, 1976 , the preliminary subdivision
plat Ken-Wil Acres was submitted to the Board of County
Commissioners for approval in accordance with the subdivision
regulations of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of
the testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning
Commission as submitted, and having been fully informed, the
Board believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to approve the preliminary subdivision plat Ken-Wil Acres, subject
to the conditions listed below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that the preliminary sub-
division plat Ken-Wil Acres be, and hereby is , approved, subject
to the following conditions :
1. One cul-de-sac shall be placed along the property line
dividing Lots 7 & 8 to the West of 64th Avenue with the circle
of said cul-de-sac intersecting Lots 4 & 5.
2 . One cul-de-sac shall be placed on the dividing line
between Lots 9 & 10 with the circle of said cul-de-sac inter-
secting Lots 2 & 3.
3. A final plat submitted for Ken-Wil Acres shall reflect
such cul-de-sacs.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on this 9th day of
August, A. D. , 1976 .

I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 21, 1976,
duly published June 25, 1976 and July 16, 1976, in the Greeley Booster,
a public hearing was held on the request for a Change of Zone A to E,
Subdivision Plat (Ken-Wil Acres) and Dedication and Vacation of 64th Avenue,
by Kenneth Bateman, at the time and place so specified in said notice.
All five commissioners were present and heard the testimony presented.
Commissioner Jacobucci made a motion to approve the Change of Zone and
Preliminary Plat with conditions. It was seconded by Commissioner Moser
and carried unanimously. Commissioner Jacobucci then made a motion to
allow the vacation on both sides of the road. Commissioner Carlson seconded
the motion and it carried unanimously.
