RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Ed Clark to said board as a citizen representative, with a term to expire August 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ed Clark be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Community Corrections
Board, with a term to expire August 1, 2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of June, A.D., 2016.
