RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING
DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF ANA LUCERO, DBA POLLO FELIZ, FOR
A 3.2% BEER ON-PREMISES LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 14th day of March, 2016, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection, and
setting the hearing date concerning the application of Ana Lucero, dba Polio Feliz, 2523 8th
Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for a 3.2% Beer Retail License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise
the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit:
2523 8th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631-8409; being
further described as: An area bounded on the east by 1st
Avenue extended; on the south by 28th Street extended; on
the west by 17th Avenue extended; and on the north by 20th
Street extended
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Moreno should be
designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application
shall be scheduled for March 28, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of Ana Lucero, dba Polio Feliz, for a
3.2 Beer Retail License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Moreno be, and hereby
is, designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said
application be, and hereby is, scheduled for March 28, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

SUBJECT: 3.2% Beer Retail Liquor License Application -
Ana Lucero, dba Polio Feliz
Our office has received an application for a 3.2% Beer Retail Liquor License from Ana Lucero,
dba Polio Feliz, 2523 8th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631. All application requirements have
been met and all fees have been paid. Due to publication and posting requirements, I recommend
the hearing be set for March 28, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
The neighborhood to be served for this license is as follows:
