Hi Diana,
I know the hearing is tomorrow for this permit.
We oppose this permit. We would like to keep this area zoned agricultural and not go to
commercial.
All the neighbors in this area are opposed to this. We had a hearing in December on a property
that is a half mile east of this property with JM Trucking. Thanks to the board commissioners and the
county commissioners they denied the permit.
We do not want the extra traffic and noise that comes with this commercial business. Noise
carries in this neighborhood. We live a half a mile away and can hear them and see them. This is a
neighborhood we live in and do not want to see commercial property come in.
The driveway for this property cannot been seen when you are driving north on Road 31. Their is
going to be a bad accident there.
