I do not have a copy of the application, so I cannot refer to any specific assembly issues. But I did a quick RMS (Spillman) check on Martin Guiterrez, Berta Guiterrez and the address of 7717 WCR 31 in Fort Lupton. We only had one recorded call for service to that location. It was in June of 2012 and it was a non-criminal miscellaneous report that was taken and Mr. Gutierrez was the reporting party. I hope this helps.
