South bound traffic would be stopped on CR 61.5 at CR 66. The traffic count for CR 61.5 was taken in July 2014 with an AADT of 96. The traffic count for CR 66 was taken in October 2015 with an AADT of 123, both roadways are local roadways. CR 61.5 and CR 66 are both gravel roadways. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 26.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of-way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped on CR 61.5 in the South bound direction. 2016-2027 LQJ.1-- C:\Users\SFREDERICK\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\J0Q7SFJX\BOCC 062116 SS.doc June 21, 2016 Hello
