RE: DECLARATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY IN
STONEHAM AND AULT AS SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado currently owns property in
Stoneham, Colorado, which is more particulary described as fol-
lows :
Lots 17 and 18 , Block 2, Stoneham, Colorado.
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado currently owns property in
Ault, Colorado, which is more particularly described as follows:
The South 52 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 ,
in Block 3, Pence Second Subdivision, in
the Town of Ault, Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the property in Stoneham,
Colorado, as hereinabove described, and the property in Ault,
Colorado, as hereinabove described, are no longer needed for
governmental purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the property owned in
Stoneham, Colorado and in Ault, Colorado, as hereinabove des-
cribed, be, and hereby is, declared to be surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Purchasing
Director is hereby directed to publish a public notice adverti-
sing the sale of the hereinabove described property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
June, A.D. , 1979 .
