RE: APPROVAL. OF CHANGE ORDERS #1 AND #2 CONCERNING WELD COUNTY
ROAD 13 , PROJECT #2721.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Drew Scheltinga, Department of Engineering Ser-
vices, has presented Change Orders #1 and #2 to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado. Said Change
Orders concern Weld County Road 13, Project #2721, and
WHEREAS, Change Order #.1, in the amount of $2 , 098 . 75, is
for emergency backfill for Panhandle Eastern Pipeline reloca-
tion, and
WHEREAS, Change Order #2, in the amount of $2, 476. 25, is for
emergency excavation and backfill for repair of the Town of
Frederick water line, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve Change
Orders #1 and #2 concerning Weld County Road 13 , Project #2721.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board Of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Change Order #1 in the
amount of $2, 098 . 75 and Change Order #2 in the amount of
$2, 476. 25 concerning Weld County Road 13 , Project #2721 be,
and hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
September, A.D. , 1979.
