referred to as the "Contractor".

WHEREAS the parties entered into an agreement (the "Original Agreement") identified by the Weld County Clerk to the
Board of County Commissioners as document No. 2015-4042, approved on the 28th day of December, 2015.
WHEREAS the parties hereby agree to amend the Original Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Original
Agreement, which is incorporated by reference herein, as well as the terms provided herein.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:
• The current term of the Original Agreement will end on the 10th day of January, 2017.
• The parties agree to extend the Original Agreement for an additional term, which will begin on the il`h day of January,
2017, and will end on the 315` day of December 2017.
• The Renewal, together with the Original Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. The
following change is hereby made to the Contract Documents:
M. Payments for Services. Aims Community College shall pay TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE THOUSAND, EIGHT
HUNDRED AND FIFTY NINE DOLLARS ($251,859.00) hereinafter, the "Contract Amount", to the Weld County Sheriffs
Office for the services provided pursuant to this agreement for the period beginning January 11, 2017, and ending
December 31, 2017.
• All other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed the Agreement as of the day, month, and year first above written.

by Aims President, Dr. Leah L. Bornstein. Please have the agreement signed and return to me by
mail. Aims does not consider a contract fully approved until signatures are obtained from both
the College and the outside agency; therefore, we ask that you return the fully approved
contract to us as soon as possible.
