Re: Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Merger & Update of Notice Provisions
Dear Sir or Madam,
Effective July 1, 2016, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, formerly a part of the Colorado
Department of Human Services, joined the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. As a result,
we are writing you to update the notice provision contained in your lease with the Department of
Vocational Rehabilitation for the property located at 822 7th Street, Suite 350, Greeley, CO 80631 as
follows:
NOTICE. Any notice required or permitted by this Lease may be delivered in person or sent by
registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Party at the address as hereinafter
provided, and if sent by mail it shall be effective when posted in the U.S. Mail Depository with
sufficient postage attached thereto:
