RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for NCMC, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Cozad be appointed to said board, to
replace Brandon Houtchens, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jason Yeater to said board, with a
term to expire January 31, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Larry Cozad and Jason Yeater be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed, respectively, to the Board of Trustees for NCMC, with terms to expire January 31,
2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of January, A.D., 2016.
