the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the
hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card for

The undersigned Applicant certifies compliance with the provisions of C.R.S. § 24-65.5-
103(1), and in support thereof, states and certifies as follows:
1. That Applicant has provided notice, (a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A"), containing the time and place of the initial public hearing on its application

Our review of the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's office indicate that Bill
Barrett Corporation is the mineral lessee of record in the subject parcel. I have had several
conversations and exchanged emails with Jeff Pandrich out of the Greeley, CO office regarding
the pending development. For your convenience, I have enclosed a copy of the current site plan.
As you will see, we have incorporated into the site plan two approximately 500' x 500' future oil
and gas well pad sites from which mineral development may take place from.
We hope that we have adequately addressed any concerns you may have about our development
