RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE PERMIT APPLICATION AND REPORT OF CHANGES FOR A CHANGE OF MANAGER AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EATON COUNTRY CLUB, DBA EATON COUNTRY CLUB WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Application and Report of Changes from Eaton Country Club, dba Eaton Country Club, for a Change of Manager, in connection with its Hotel and Restaurant/Optional Premises Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, and 3.2% fermented malt beverages for consumption by the drink on the premises only, located at 37661 County Road 39, Eaton, CO 80615, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said application.
