Affiant, Jerre E. Bradt, after being duly sworn upon oath does
depose and state as follows:
1. That Affiant is an adult and was well acquainted with Gerald
E. Bradt, who departed this life on January 19, 2000, in the state of
Wyoming, while domiciled in Kimball, Kimball County, Nebraska, as
shown by the certified copy of the death certificate attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof.
2. That on the date of the Decedent's death, Decedent and Ida
L. Bradt, the Decedent's spouse, were the sole owners as joint
tenants with right of survivorship of the following described real
estate, to-wit:
1. An undivided 1/5 interest of all of the minerals lying
within 320 net mineral acres, more or less, described to
wit,
The North half of section 10, Township 7 North, Range
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County Colorado.
2. An undivided 1/5 interest in and to all of the oil, gas
and other minerals in and under and that may be produced
from the following described lands:
The East half of Section 34, Township 0 North; the East
half of Section 4 and all of Section 3, Township 7
North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado.
3. The North half of Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 61
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, excepting
here from any and all mineral interests.
3. That by virtue of the survivorship of Ida L. Bradt, Ida L.
Bradt became the sole owner of the above-described property.
4. That the gross estate of Decedent was less than that amount
which requires the filing of a federal estate tax return and was less
than that amount necessitating the payment of a Federal estate tax.

(Testate Estate)
TI-OS DEED is made by Jerre E.Bradt and Billee A.Rosenthal,as Personal Representatives
of the Estate of Ida Lenora Bradt,a/k/a Ida L.Bradt,alka Ida H.Bradt,afk/a Ida Lenora Hill Bradt,
Grantor,to Jerre E.Bradt and Billee A.Rosenthal,as Joint Tenants,Grantee.
WHEREAS,the above-named decedent in her lifetime made and executed her Last Will and
Testament dated April I I, [983,which Will was duly admitted to informal probate on December 20,
2010,by the District Court in and for the County of Weld,and Stale of Colorado,Case No.2010 PR
512;and,
WHEREAS.Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said Estate on December
20,2010,and is now qualified and acting in said capacity.
NOW,THEREFORE,pursuant to the powers conferred upon the Grantor by Title 15,Article
12,Section 711,of Colorado Revised Statutes 2010,as amended,the Grantor hereby sells,conveys,
assigns,transfers, and releases to the Grantee, Jerre E. Bradt and Billee A. Rosenthal,as Joint
Tenants,as the persons entitled to distribution of the property in the above captioned Will,the
decedent's interest in and to the following real property situate,lying,and being in Weld County,
State of Colorado,to-wit:
Parcel I: All of the Decedent's interest in all oil,gas and other
minerals lying within 320 net mineral acres,more or less,described

Range 61 West of the 6°i P.M.,Weld County,Colorado.
Parcel 2: All of the Decedent's interest in all oil,gas and other
minerals in and under,and that may be produced from,the East One-
Half(E'/2)of Section Thirty-Four(34),Township Eight(8)North,
Range Sixty-one(61)West of the 6'"P.M.,Weld County,Colorado;
Parcel 3: All of the Decedent's interest in all oil,gas and other
minerals in and under,and that may be produced from,the East One-
Half(E Vi)of Section Four(4),Township 7 North,Range Sixty-one
(61)West of the 6'"P.M.,Weld County,Colorado;
Parcel 4: All of Decedent's interest in all oil, gas and other
minerals in or under,and that may he produced form,Section Three

6'"P.M.,Weld County,Colorado;
Parcel 5: North 'A of Section Three(3),Township Seven(7)
North, Range Sixty-one(61) West of the 6'" P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
with all its appurtenances,SUBJECT to covenants,easements and restrictions of record,and subject
to general property taxes for the year 2011.
To induce any person at any time hereafter to acquire any interest in or to insure the title to
the above-described property,the Grantor,by the execution of this deed,and the Grantee,by the
acceptance and recording of this deed,represent and declare that Grantee is not the Grantor's spouse,
agent,or attorney,or corporation or trust in which the Grantor has a beneficial interest,and that this
deed is not part of a transaction which is affected by a conflict of interest on the part of the Personal
Representative.
