Several clients of our firm are interested in following the present and pro-
posed land use legislation developments of your county. Thus, we would like very
much to be informed of all future changes in any local land use legislation, par-
ticularly those ordinances, resolutions and regulations implementing House Bill 1034
and House Bill 1041 and those ordinances, resolutions and regulations that amend the
zoning or snhdivision code.
In addition, to catch up on any changes we may have inadvertently missed to
date, we would appreciate receiving a copy of any changes of such legislation that
your county has approved within the last year. To learn of future changes, we would
like to be placed on a mailing list, if at all possible, to receive notification of
future hearings or discussions and other similar proceedings of the county commis-
sioners or the planning or zoning staff considering such changes, together with a
copy of any such proposed legislation to be analyzed at such meetings which might
effect land use in your county.
Accordingly, please advise us as to has we might obtain the required copies and
notification and how our law firm might be billed for the same. Thank you for your
