A public hearing was conducted on August 3. 2016. at 10:00 a.m.. with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman. Chair
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad - EXCUSED
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Steve Moreno

The following business was transacted:

hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 1, 2016. and duly published July 6. 2016,
in the Greeley Tribune. a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Saddle Butte
Rockies Storage and Terminal, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit, USR16-0016. for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, Oil and Gas Storage
Facilities (crude oil polishing terminal), transloading. and outdoor equipment and construction
materials storage yard in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker. County Attorney. made
this a matter of record.
VI Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, explained the need for a correction to the legal
notification and he requested the case be continued to August 24. 2016.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Saddle Butte Rockies Storage and
Terminal. LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR16-0016, for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, Oil and Gas Storage Facilities (crude
oil polishing terminal), transloading, and outdoor equipment and construction materials storage
yard in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to August 24, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Kirkmeyer, and it carried unanimously. There being no further
discussion. the hearing was completed at 10:07 a.m.
