lying North of the right-of-way of the Julesburg
Branch of the Union Pacific Railroad Co. as fenced
and being more particularly described as follows :
Considering the North line of said Section 25 as
bearing East and West and with all bearings con-
tained herein relative thereto.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section
25; thence along the North line of said Section 25
East 4721 .17 feet to the Northerly right-of-way
fence of the Julesburg Branch of the Union Pacific
Railroad Co. , said fence being 50 feet as
measuring at right angles, Northwesterly of the
centerline of said Railroad; thence along said
Railroad right-of-way fence South 69°22'32" West
5033.16 feet to the West line of said Section 25;
thence along said West line North 00°20'32" West
1772.92 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 96.08 acres, more or less, and subject
to existing right-of-way for Weld County Roads No.
54 and No. 47, and all other easements and rights-
of-way of record.
IT IS ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff or Plaintiffs,
if there be more than one, at the time of the commencement of this
proceeding, were, and now are, the owner or owners in fee simple,
with right to possession, of the real property situate in the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, described above; that fee simple title in
