RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED SEPTEMBER 10 , 1979 CONCERNING CON-
SERVATION TRUST FUND AND SUBDIVISION FUND EXPENDITURES TO
THE TOWN OF ERIE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado adopted a Resolution on September 10 , 1979 concerning
the approval of Conservation Trust Fund and Subdivision Fund
expenditures to the Town of Erie, Colorado for a project known
as "Coal Creek Park" , and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
that the low bid of Hugh M. Woods, for a portion of said project,
was incorrectly stated as Twenty Eight Hundred Dollars ($2 , 800 .00) ,
and
WHEREAS, the correct amount of said bid should be Eight
Hundred Twelve and 76/100 Dollars ($812 .76) , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to correct said resolu-
tion of September 10 , 1979 to reflect the low bid of Hugh M. Woods
as being $812. 76 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Resolution of
September 10 , 1979 concerning the approval of Conservation Trust
Fund and Subdivision Fund expenditures to the Town of Erie, Colo-
rado be, and hereby is, corrected as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
September, A.D. , 1979 .
