RE: APPROVAL OF CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO TO HERMAN E. ENDERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Herman E. Enderson, Keota Star Route Box 20 , Gro-
ver, Colorado 80729 , has made an offer to purchase certain real
property owned by Weld County, Colorado more particularly described
as follows , to-wit:
The South 52 feet of Lots 1 , 2, 3, and 4
in Block 3, Pence Second Subdivision in
the Town of Ault, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the consideration for said property is Fifteen
Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($15,000 . 00) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the conveyance of the
abovedescribed property by Weld County, Colorado to Herman E.
Enderson be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
August, A.D. , 1979 .
