I have checked on the radio, Serial #CE 7897, which was listed as assigned to your department, but was not in your possession at the time of the radio distribution. The Communications Department has verified that this radio was placed in an ambulance originally assigned to the Pierce Ambulance Department but now located in Greeley, and that the radio is, in fact, in that ambulance. The Board will amend its resolution adopted 9/19/79 to reflect that only one (1) radio will be transferred to the Southeast Weld Fire District, rather than the two (2) originally planned.
