RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Public Health will soon
expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Jason Maxey, Linda Kautz, and Joyce Smock to said Board of Public Health, all with terms to
expire May 23, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jason Maxey, Linda Kautz, and Joyce Smock be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Board of Public Health, all with terms to expire May 23, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of June, A.D., 2017.
