This Correction Deed is made by Marilyn L. Bunn, alkla, Martha Marilyn Bunn, a/k/a Marilyn Lowell
Bunn to correct that Deed ("Original Deed") dated May 12, 2004, and recorded on July 6, 2004 in
Reception No. 3195830 in the Clerk and Recorders Office in Weld County, Colorado. The Grantee in
the Original Deed and in this Correction Deed is Lowell Three, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability
Company with an address of 407 Russell Avenue, Apt 608, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
WHEREAS, the Original Deed may not have included all the lands of Marilyn L. Bunn, a/k/a, Martha
Marilyn Bunn, a/k/a Marilyn Lowell Bunn located within Weld County, Colorado. It is the intent of the
Correction Deed to convey all of the right, title and interest of Marilyn L. Bunn, alk/a, Martha Marilyn
Bunn, a/k/a Marilyn Lowell Bunn, to Lowell Three, LLC, regardless of the actual interest owned and
whether limited to the lands described in said Original Deed.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, Marilyn L. Bunn, a/k/a, Martha Marilyn Bunn,
a/k/a Marilyn Lowell Bunn does hereby grant, convey, assign, transfer and release unto Lowell Three,
LLC, all of her right, titte and interest of whatsoever nature and character owned by Marilyn L. Bunn,
