Based upon the information submitted and Weld County Resolutions, the planning staff recommends denial of this request for a recorded exemption for the following reasons: 1 . The proposed split is not in conformance with the intent of recorded exemption, Section 9-2, of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations which is defined as I'a means whereby non-productive agricultural lands may be developed for higher or more productive uses, in-so-far as such uses are compatible with surrounding agricultural uses in areas where such land divisions are proposed?. 2.
