Evan Pinkham, Public Works From: Kim Ogle, Planning Services Subject: Recommendation to Release Collateral Date: March 29, 2017 On May 13, 2009, a check was received by the Board of County Commissioners for the Public Road Maintenance improvements associated with the Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore, LP, Pioneer Well production well pad, case number USR-1690. Monies were received from Kerr- McGee Oil & Gas Onshore, LP, Post Office Box 1330. Houston, TX, 77251-1330. The Kerr-McGee Pioneer Wells are accessed from County Road 22. The improvements are located within the right-of-way and also are internal to the property and consist of a concrete apron adjacent to County Road 2Z a concrete driving surface with back to back cattle guards, a 25 foot in length stone fines driving surface and a second set of back to back cattle guards Representatives from the Department of Planning Services visited the site on Thursday March 23, 2017 and found the property to be in compliance with the USR-1690 map associated with the permit. Collateral was held for the edge milling of County Road 22, rip rap adjacent to County Road 22, pavement markings, signage, and the fencing component of the on -site improvements associated with this facility.
